With films like World War Z starring Brad Pitt hitting your screens, you ask yourself, Diseases that can cause a zombie like apocalypse.... Pure fiction? Well I was shocked when I saw real footage of police and military training exercises against a zombie type apocalypse. The footage was from last October of the police running anti-terrorist scenarios preparing for a coming zombie type plague.

Film Synopsis: Disease control discover that food at a local meat processing plant has been contaminated by a rare parasite that can cause violent behavior in animals and humans. Treating this as merely a training exercise, armed trainee tactical police are sent in to evacuate the workers with a civilian camera crew to film the operation. The mission is not what it seems, for there maybe more to the outbreak of this parasite then anyone could have imagined and the outcome of what  they discover could have disastrous repercussions on a world wide scale.

This movie appears as if it is real footage and is based on real life police and military operations. Unbelievably last year thousands of armed military, armed police, medical workers and government agents undertook real life training in preparation for a possible zombie type/parasitic apocalypse.  The question is, was it really training??? The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently denied knowing of “a virus or condition that would reanimate the dead (or one that would present zombie-like symptoms),” after a series of instances of cannibalism across the country were reported, but remains silent about the effect of zombie-inducing parasites that live in human brains. The parasite can also live in the brain cells of thousands of other warm-blooded animals, including humans. The Toxoplasma, when living inside humans, is linked to causing significant changes in behavior, including neuroticism, increased aggression and schizophrenia.
